“When you are in the darkness you take the next thing, and that is the dream. … The dream is the friend of those who are not guided any more by the traditional truth and in consequence are isolated.” C.G. Jung

What is Jungian Analysis?
Jungian Analysis is a form of psychotherapy pioneered by Swiss physician, Carl Jung. It seeks to transform problems by turning toward a person’s unconscious processes. Like an iceberg, only a tiny fraction of who we truly are is seen above the surface of our awareness. Forces in our unconscious drive the bulk of our waking life. This includes our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual experiences. These forces include unknown or long-forgotten ancestral and personal wounds. They also include hidden gifts or talents. This work seeks to make conscious what is unconscious. It is usually accomplished through working with dream images, imagination, and creative expression.
A world-renowned analyst explained the process as working “to find out more about our life pattern … to fulfill our destiny instead of resisting it.” (Marie-Louise von Franz, The Interpretation of Fairy Tales, p. 78.)

What You Can Expect?
If you feel life is defeating you in any way, turning inward can be transformational. The help of an experienced guide is important as you awaken to the wisdom of your deepest self. Dreams are autonomous stories crafted for the dreamer. When their particular messages are discovered, life comes roaring back. Meaning and purpose reenter one’s life. It is transformational.
But how does one begin? What is it that wants to be revealed into the world through you? Could your problems be a knocking at the door of your soul inviting you to do the work to bring such content forth? Your problems or defeats may contain hidden gold waiting in the wings.
When I was a freshman college student, a friend poked fun at a question I was fond of asking: “What is potential?” The question fascinated me despite the mild mockery. It would be decades later before I found a system and protocol for taking the question serious. I have been studying Jung’s analytical psychology since 2016. I have also undergone my own lengthy personal analysis. In my experience, I can say this work provides a path to the discovery of personal potential.
I am committed to helping others discover their deepest authentic self in a safe environment.
Importantly, no two paths are identical. Analysis is highly individualized depending on the needs and expression of the personal unconscious. I do not dictate or direct. I only facilitate whatever transformation your soul seeks to bring forth through you as shown by the contents of your unconscious.
If you are committed to your progress, I would love to work with you. You can contact me through the confidential form below. I look forward to working with you.

My Views on Existential Anxieties: Their Source And Solution
Confronting and transforming the past (the ancestral psyche) that remains within us is like reaching back in time and changing–or redeeming–history. But one must possess the courage and capacity for this kind of confrontation, a process defined as Inner Work. I was raised in a culture that taught me to...
